Telemedicine Care Is Now Covered By Health Plans And Medicare/Medicaid For Medical Eye Care

Beginning immediately, we are temporarily expanding our virtual care options. Here is our updated list of telemedicine care options.

  • ​​​​​Existing patients can request care through out Patient Portal with message, telephone, and video response options available depending on the problem.
    ​​​​​​​
  • New patients can request an online appointment by selecting the eVisit appointment options when Scheduling Online.

Guidelines for Requesting Virtual Care​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Your username and temporary password were originally sent by email from noreply_uprise@visionweb.com.
  • If you have forgotten your username or password there are links to retrieve them or you can call our front desk at (972) 985-1412 for help.
  • The Patient Portal is not designed for mobile browsers, so a desktop or laptop internet browser is required.
  • Google Chrome is the recommended browser. Whether you use Chrome or another browser, please make sure pop-ups are enabled.
  • Once logged in you can use the Message Center to upload photos or other files and request your telehealth appointment.
  • ​​​​​Please include your pharmacy’s name, address, and phone number in your secure message.
